3. Payments

Clients must pay the agreed fees before or according to the payment schedule communicated for their selected services. Any additional costs, including third-party advertising expenses, must be communicated and agreed upon separately.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, necessary materials, approvals, and access required to perform the agreed services. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

6. Advertising Platforms

Results from advertising campaigns depend on factors beyond our control, including platform policies, audience behaviour, competition, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, reach, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership and permitted use of campaign materials, designs, and other deliverables will be determined by the agreement for the relevant service and applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORQAVEN ADS is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party platform outages, account restrictions, or changes to advertising platform policies.
